"You need to figure it out for yourself."

Such a broad thing, though when we were younger it was somehow confusing - being told that understanding some things will take time, like age. Maybe that relates to our curiosity - the fact that we can't know everything, so we try to find out as many things as possible.

Of course, this isn't always the case, other motivations definitely come into play when it comes to us looking for an answer. A personal reason? Social pressures? For the sake of it? It's different for everyone. And maybe, everyone's specific motivations can only be truly understood by themselves. There's that 'relatable' statement that comes up which allows us to feel a tiny bit safer, though the fact that we're different in ways like motivation is what makes us what we are.
