Everyone should know what their goal is, how they're going to get to it (logistics), and especially what everyone else is doing: the effort, time, money, etc. etc. that they're putting into.

It's just basic foundations when it comes to group tasks, which seem to be troublesome to some, and less to others (of course there's a lot of 'it depends').
