How is your mind processing 'this particular situation'? What state of mind are you in? How are you feeling? What did you do today? What's resolved? What do you regret?

These are only a few questions that one can refer to when writing in a personal diary. It's a perfect canvas - and I say perfect because it's all yours, and will bend itself flexibly for you as you please. This is the place to write down how you are.
